Therefore, India has to cooperate in bringing this truth to the world by participating in the impartial investigation of the international level being conducted by us on the above serious matter and India should cooperate with Canada in this investigation without any hesitation. But instead of cooperating with Canada, the Indian government, the Indian High Commissioner in Canada and the accused Indian agencies, demanding at the international level that Canada submit evidence in this murder, is a direct reflection of the Punjabi saying of ‘Nale Chor, Nale Chatraiya’. does It has sometimes happened that the murderer or the perpetrator of any crime of international level asks the investigating court or agency to produce against him. This action of India is a misleading conspiracy phenomenon to prevent the citizens of the world from bringing out the truth of the above murder. If India or its agencies did not commit this heinous and inhuman act, then why is it being denied participation in the investigation as required by justice?”

How can the Indian government or any other government declare a person a terrorist unless a person is declared a criminal or a terrorist by the court after going through the legal process? Only with the government’s statement or propaganda can someone be accepted as a terrorist. This is a word invented by the Hindutva Shaktia in order to defame and defame the Sikh community. Such international law or Indian law does not allow at all because Article 21 of the Constitution protects the right to life of every Indian resident and citizen.
Then Bhai Hardeep Singh Nijhar was declared a terrorist according to the law by the rulers and then they killed him through their intelligence agencies in an illegal and conspiratorial manner. This truth should be exposed to the world at any cost. The Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) is grateful to Mr. Justin Trudeau and the Government of Canada, who brought to light the murder of Bhai Nijhar by the Indian rulers in front of the world through strong evidence and exposed the face of India’s murderer. It is also important to mention here that the government of America and their FBI department have not only supported the Canadian government in this endeavor to reveal the truth, fulfilling their great humanitarian responsibility. The evidence collected was also provided to Canada. This is the reason that not only America but the I-5 countries in which, apart from America and Canada, there are Australia, New Zealand and Britain. In this regard, they are constantly asking India to participate in this investigation, but India, which is actually the main culprit of the murder of Bhai Hardeep Singh Nijhar, is running away from this investigation and showing that he is the murderer of the Sikh community. . It is even more sad and regrettable that many English news papers of India are doing yellow journalism without any facts by writing innocent Sikhs living in our foreign countries as ‘terrorists’ and cutting the name ‘Singh’ from them and the Sikh community. They are slandering which all nations, religions and countries should be aware of.
